1. What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is made from a mix of high-quality materials including sterling silver (925), 14k or 18k gold plating, and, in some designs, brass-based metals. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure both beauty and durability.
2. Will my jewellery tarnish or fade?
All jewellery can tarnish over time — especially when exposed to water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat. Our gold-plated pieces will gradually fade with regular wear, but proper care can greatly extend their lifespan. Check out our Materials & Care page for tips!
3. Is your jewellery waterproof?
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising. Water and moisture can cause tarnishing and reduce the life of plated finishes.
4. Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?
At this stage, we do not offer custom designs — but stay tuned! We're always exploring ways to expand our range and add more personal touches in the future.
5. How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping times will depend on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Delivery times and rates will vary depending on the destination. All details are available at checkout.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items.

8. Do you accept returns on earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
