Exchange & Refund Policy

At House of Atlas Jewels, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • In original, unused condition

  • Unworn and in its original packaging

To request an exchange, please email us at houseofatlasstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a store credit or send your chosen replacement.


Refunds (For Faulty Items Only)

Due to the handmade nature and hygiene standards of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at houseofatlasstudio@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the fault

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items (unless faulty)
