Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within two business days after payment clearance, unless marked as a pre-order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
Please note: All sales are final, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

- Free Standard Shipping via AusPost for orders over $65.
- $11.95 AUD for Express Shipping (1-3 business days) on orders under $100.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
- $9.98 AUD for Standard AusPost with tracking on orders under $65.
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD.

Note: Deliveries to rural areas may take an additional 4-6 business days from the dispatch date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- $21 AUD for Standard AusPost (10+ business days) with tracking.
- $38 AUD for Express Shipping with tracking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Estimated delivery times serve as a guide only and are calculated from the dispatch date. Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs processing, remote locations, extreme weather, or issues with the local postal service—these are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY
- Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser, provided it complies with our shipping policy.
- Once dispatched, risk of loss and title transfers to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their package and arranging collection if delivery attempts fail.
- If an order is returned due to non-collection, re-shipment costs will apply, and refunds will not be issued.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country. These fees may be required to release your package from customs.
We do not cover these charges, nor are we liable if your package is seized. Before purchasing, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations.
PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Estimated shipping dates listed in the product description are a guideline only and may be subject to production or logistical delays.
- For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing pre-orders separately from ready-to-ship products. This ensures immediate dispatch of available items, with your pre-order sent at a later date.
